Delaware Train Show And Octoberfest Toy Show Planned

The 10th annual Delaware Train Show will take place on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Nur Shrine Center on Route 13/198 South DuPont Highway in New Castle, Del. Admission will be $5, and children under the age of 12 will be admitted free of charge. There will also be a $10 early buyers preview at 8 a.m.
This popular show will feature over 150 tables of trains, accessories, slotcars, and various toys. The Delaware Train Show will have a diversity of trains in all scales and makes. There will be a variety of unique train dealers coming from up and down the East Coast. The train show is Saturday only.
On Sunday, Oct. 25, the Octoberfest Toy Show moves into the Nur Shrine Center. This is the largest toy show on the East Coast with 175+ tables of new, collectible and antique toys. The show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission will be $5, and children under the age of 12 will be admitted free of charge. There will also be a $10 early buyers preview at 9 a.m.
These are rain or shine events. There will be free parking and food available.
