Locati Offers Fine Silver In May Online Sale

Locati LLC’s May sale has more than 300 items including art, silver, porcelain, and estate jewelry. This diverse sale includes items from local estates and collections from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Online bidding is open and will end on Monday, May 20.
Included in the sale are a George IV silver hot water urn by Richard Sibley, estimated between $4,000 and $6,000; a Victorian 22-carat gold dog-themed pendant, which should bring between $1,500 and $2,000,;and a five-piece, Lincoln & Reed of Boston coin silver tea set, with an estimate of $2,000 to $3,000.
"We have a great selection of fine silver in the May sale," said Michael Locati, co-owner of Locati LLC. "This is one of our best sales this year, whether buyers are looking for antique jewelry, furniture, or fine art."
Interested bidders are invited to attend Locati’s preview, which will be held at its facility in Maple Glen, Pa., on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
"Some pieces are from local families that have a long history in this country and have never been offered for sale before,” stated Locati.
Locati LLC is located 15 miles north of Philadelphia. Complimentary verbal appraisals are offered every Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at 1425 E. Welsh Road, Maple Glen, Pa. No appointment is necessary.
