Syracuse Prepares For Salt City Autumn Antiques Show At State Fairgrounds

Over 100 Antiques And Vintage Collectibles Exhibitors Expected For Oct. 14 And 15 Weekend Show

October 6, 2017

Allman Promotions, a leading antiques show promoter in northern New York, is getting ready for its fall edition of the Salt City Antiques Show at the New York State Fairgrounds, to be held Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 14 and 15. Hosting more than 100 dealers, the show has been a tradition for many years, offering antiques, vintage collectibles and home décor to the several thousand shoppers who faithfully shop this event.
“This show is great fun, casual, with many dealers from further upstate who use Syracuse as their primary selling venue. The customers are aware of this, and they come here shopping for the fresh offerings at reasonable prices, knowing the merchandise isn’t shop-worn or priced to cover the cost of a big city show. We also have a great group of exhibitors from New England, who bring in 18th- and 19th-century antique furniture and smalls,” said show manager Steve Allman.
The show hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The fairgrounds is easily accessed off I-690, and admission will be $7 either day.
Allman is working on managing and producing a Thanksgiving Weekend Show on the fairgrounds, a show in Holliston, Mass., in February, and also a show in Florida. To learn more about these or the Salt City Show, call Steve Allman at 315-686-5789 or visit www.allmanpromotions.com.
