S. Seem Antiques And Artisans To Hold "Antiques Roadshow" Themed Event

July 12, 2019

S. Seem Antiques and Artisans will hold an “S. Seem Roadshow” on Thursday evening, July 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. The multi-dealer shop in Bath, Pa., will have four experienced antiques dealers provinding verbal appraisals free of charge. The public is invited to bring in coins, jewelry, prints, tools, anything old, or simply anything they don’t know the worth of, and the appraisers will give their assessments. Either one or two items may be brought in per person. Also, the co-op will have a handout flyer on how to use the internet to try and get realistic current marketplace prices on antiques.
S. Seem is among the Lehigh Valley’s newest quality antique co-ops. They will soon be celebrating seven years in business. Located at 100 S. Chestnut St. in historic Bath, they are in an 1840s brick dry goods store. The building features original plank floors, exposed beams and tin ceilings, and gas-lit original fireplaces. Open seven days a week, the store features two floors of Pennsylvania country primitives from the 18th and 19th centuries as well as a small section of local, handmade traditional crafts.
