The Hunterdon County Spring Antiques Fair Is Set For May 15

May 5, 2016

The spring Hunterdon County Antiques Fair will take place on Sunday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hunterdon County Fairgrounds located on Rt. 179, Ringoes, N.J. (The address for GPS is 1199 Old York Rd., Ringoes, N.J.). This is 5 minutes south of Flemington and 5 minutes north of Lambertville-New Hope.
The Hunterdon County Fairgrounds with covered pavilions will provide this fine show with the excitement of an outdoor event, but with the added element of being protected from inclement weather. Attendees may pay admission and wait inside in case of inclement weather. There will be free parking and food will be provided by the Hunterdon County 4-H Leaders Association.
The 60 exhibitors (representing New York State, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania) will be highlighting antiques from many eras, from 18th century furniture and accessories to fine early 20th century collectibles. Collectors will be able to find many objects to add to collections or furnish homes, including quilts, folk art, stoneware, redware, painted country furniture, early lighting devices, revolutionary and civil war related weaponry, needlework samplers, early tools, kitchen collectibles, linens and textiles, paintings and prints, estate and costume jewelry, and even some collectible postcards, and a myriad assortment of other fine items.
This show is sponsored by the Hunterdon County 4-H Leaders Association and managed by Ellen Katona and Bob Lutz. Admission to the show will be $7 per person ($6 with this press release or any other discount coupon).
