18thCentury Law Paul Trainor To Present Lecture On Sept. 7

Historic Rock Ford welcomes Paul Trainor as he presents 18th Century Law on Sunday, Sept. 7, at 2 p.m. This lecture and show-and-tell style presentation will discuss 18th-century Pennsylvania law and include both original and reproduction period law books and legal documents. This event is part of Historic Rock Fords 2025 Lecture Series and will be held in the Langmuir Education Room located on the first floor of the Rock Ford Barn. Paul Trainor is a college professor of business and paralegal studies, a retired lawyer, a researcher and a living history presenter on many 18th-century topics. Trainor volunteers at several Pennsylvania historic sites. Admission will be $5. Tickets may be purchased at www.HistoricRockFord.org/special-events. Admission is for the lecture only and does not include the Hand Mansion or Snyder Gallery.
