50th Pittsburgh Antiques Show

The 50th Golden Anniversary Pittsburgh Antiques Show will be held at the Crowne Plaza South Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 15 and 16. What fine antique and collectible wonders await shoppers this year? Beautiful artwork, primitives, stoneware, antique bottles, lustrous examples of Early American Pattern and Elegant Glass, Victoriana, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Mid-Century Modern, stunning examples of European and American made art glass, silver and silverplate, antique books, porcelain, statuary, antique toys, antique holiday, sparkling jewelry, antique lighting, metalwork, and so much more will be featured. There will be 30 exhibiting dealers. The Crowne Plaza has an in-house restaurant as well. Catch up with your antiquing friends, peruse visiting museum exhibits, and purchase some tickets at the always-popular Benefit Raffle with some great items up for grabs. Show hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day one. Admission will be $10. An early buyers preview for $15 will be at 9 a.m. on day one. Sunday hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission for that day is $10. The Crowne Plaza is located at 164 Fort Couch Road. A portion of the proceeds of this show support the nonprofit Historical Glass Club of Pittsburghs Special Projects Fund as well as other philanthropic glass-related endeavors.
