The Selinsgrove Chamber of Commerce will hold its 33rd annual Antiques on the Avenue Show and Sale on Sunday, July 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The show will be held at 204 N. Market St. in Selinsgrove, Pa., on the grassy lot beside the Selinsgrove Inn. Antiques dealers from Pennsylvania and New Jersey will be offering for sale primitives, depression and carnival glass, graniteware, stoneware, fine china, advertising signs, kitchen items, toys, coins, sporting items, books, and much more. Every effort is made for the show to be comfortable for both the antique vendors and the public. There will be two clean bathroom stations and a handwashing unit. The Pork Dude will be returning this year with pulled pork sandwiches, City Station will feature specialty hot dogs, We Be Cheesin will offer special grilled cheese sandwiches, and The Rolling Cones will sell a full menu of ice cream. The free admission outdoor show will be held rain or shine. Collecting is such fun, and this popular annual event is a good venue for the thrill of the hunt. Happy antiquing.
