Cheers To 19 Years For The Rivertowne Antique Center
Anniversary Sale Set For June 23, 24, And 25
June 23, 2023
The Rivertowne Antique Center opened its doors in June 2004 and is throwing a big anniverary party to celebrate the good times. Come on down by the river Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 23, 24 and 25, as we say thank you to our customers with big discounts up to 50 percent off items throughout the store, said co-owner Ron Madar. This three-day sale event is a dont-miss opportunity to find that unique item at a great price, continued Madar. Rivertowne is a multi-dealer shop featuring 90 quality dealers and consigners offering a huge selection of authentic 18th-, 19th- and 20th-century items. Shop goers will find painted country furniture, folk art, Americana, primitives, stoneware, glassware, trade signs, general store items, mid-century and industrial pieces and decorative smalls. Were enjoying our 19th year in business thanks to our great dealers and the support of our loyal customers who appreciate the good stuff, stated co-owner Georgia Townsend. Located along the banks of the Susquehanna River in the restored Bachman-Forry Tobacco Warehouse, Rivertowne is Columbias longest operating antiques center and helped set the stage for what has now become the hottest destination in the region for antiques, collectibles and vintage shopping. Rivertowne is conveniently located off Route 30. Shop goers can take the Columbia/Marietta exit and the new Front Street/River Road downtown bypass or follow Third Street into town, turn right on Locust, go a block and a half and turn left onto Bank Avenue. There is plenty of free parking at the shop, located at 125 Bank Ave., Columbia, Pa. Gift certificates, layaway and shipping are available. Dealers, decorators and designers are always welcome.
