Christmas Season To Arrive Early On Historic Chestnut Street
Pop-Up Show In Downtown Bath, Pa., Set For Dec. 5

The 11th year for Christmas on Chestnut Street in historic downtown Bath, Pa., will feature added activities, including an outdoor Pop-Up Antiques Show and Pop-Up Artisan Show. All shops and activities are in a one-block area in the heart of historic Bath on Chestnut Street. The event is slated for Saturday, Dec. 5. A rain date of Saturday, Dec. 12, will be observed if necessary. Masks and social distancing rules apply. Plans include seven unique shops and three restaurants open with specials, a live band on the back deck of Blend (Smooth Restina Glow), roasting hot chestnuts on sidewalk grills, hearth cooking in the 1804 Daniel Steckel House, and a Model A Ford Truck photo op. Other events will include two organ recitals at Christ Church, fresh green wreaths for sale from Governor Wolf Historical Society, the Cub scouts selling hot chocolate, and a food truck. The Pop-Up Antique Show is planned to have 14 outdoor 10-by-10 booths. The Pop-Up Artisan Show is planned to have seven booths. S.
