Elverson Antiques Show Set For March 25 And 26
Twin Valley High School Hosts Popular Semiannual Show
March 10, 2023
The spring edition of the Elverson Antiques Show will return on Saturday and Sunday, March 25 and 26, at the Twin Valley High School in Elverson, Pa. The Twin Valley High School is located at 4897 N. Twin Valley Road, Elverson Pa. It is within easy driving distance from Philadelphia, just off Exit 298 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The quality show began in 1969 as a fundraiser for the Elverson Fire Company and now benefits the Lacrosse Club at the high school. Students, parents, and staff work with the show committee as porters and offer other assistance during the show. The show is held twice a year. The fall edition was met with an enthusiastic crowd and many happy dealers. With over 40 dealers, some of them new to the show this spring, the energy and enthusiasm continues. Primarily a country show, the show reflects the rich diversity evident in Pennsylvania decorative arts. Exhibitors not only hail from southeastern Pennsylvania, but also Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia. Show goers can expect to find pottery, baskets, woodenware, fraktur, furniture, early lighting, hooked rugs, quilts, coverlets, iron, jewelry, china, advertising, signs, cookie cutters, toys, and folk art. This is among the best regional shows in the country. Hours for Saturday, March 25, are 10 a.m. to 4 pm., and Sunday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $9 or $8 with an ad, show card, or this article.
