Elverson Show Continues To Prove To Be A Success

By Karl Pass - April 17, 2026

The spring edition of the Elverson Antiques Show in Honeybrook, Pa., was held on the weekend of March 21 and 22. The show, held twice a year, continues to grow in popularity with dealers and collectors. At the beginning, the promoters partnered with the Elverson Fire Company as a fundraiser. Today, it is held at the Honey Brook Elementary School, not far from the borough of Elverson. Student volunteers from the high school serve as porters, and a donation is made to the school district as thanks for their continued support. The sunny spring day brought customers from surrounding areas and nearby states through the rolling hills of Chester County to attend the show. The opening crowd was strong, lined up outside and around the school. When the doors opened, the crowd rushed in, heading for the lobby, cafeteria, gym, and hallways in search of their favorite dealer or an undiscovered treasure. Attendance over both days of the show topped 600. The 45 dealers representing the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, New England, and parts of the South brought quality offerings. Everything from fraktur, folk art, quilts, ceramics, holiday items, early dolls, early iron, butter prints, cookie cutters, toys, historical china, primitives, painted furniture, advertising, and sewing items were available at various price points. Sales reported were strong on both days of the show. Most dealers commented that they either had a good show or a realgood show. As they were leaving, comments such as great show and great dealers, I appreciated the dealers knowledge and their willingness to talk about an item in a meaningful way, and I make a point of coming to every Elverson show and will be back were told to the promoters. For those who want to experience the atmosphere of a small show with outstanding antiques at affordable prices and friendly dealers, the Elverson Show is a cant-miss show. The fall edition will be back at the Honey Brook Elementary School, located at 1530 W. Walnut Road, Honey Brook, Pa.,on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The photos show some of the items that were for sale. For more information, see the shows Facebook page, website, or call 707-310-4488.
