Elverson Show To Be Held In Honey Brook Outstanding Antiques Show Slated For March 22 And 23
By Edie Wilhide - March 07, 2025
Springtime is a great time of year for an antiques show, as people are anxious to get outdoors and travel after a few months of uncertain winter weather. This spring marks the return of the Elverson Antique Show on Saturday and Sunday, March 22 and 23, at the Honey Brook Elementary School in Honey Brook, Pa. The popular show returns to March, the traditional time of year when it has been held. Beginning in 1969 as a fundraiser for the Elverson Fire Company, the show has been held twice a year, spring and fall. Over the past 55 years, the Elverson Show has grown from a local show to one with a national reputation, attracting more than 40 dealers from seven states and visitors from across the country. One reason for its longevity is its reputation as a quality country show with friendly dealers and affordable prices. Today, the shows proceeds help support the Twin Valley School District Lacrosse Club, whose members volunteer as porters for the show. Visitors who attend the show will find items across a wide range of categories and price ranges that appeal to beginning and advanced collectors. Dealers from Pennsylvania, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Ohio bring their best merchandise, featuring quilts, textiles, stoneware, folk art, redware, woodenware, tinware, advertising, early lighting, weathervanes, furniture and more. The Honey Brook Elementary School is located at 1530 W. Walnut Road, Honey Brook, Pa. Show hours are Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $10 per person, or $9 with a show card, an ad or this article.
