On Thursday, Jan. 11, Embassy Auctions International in Kinzers, Pa., will hold a large eclectic estates auction beginning at 10 a.m. The outstanding sale is diverse in material. Online bidding will be provided through Live Auctioneers and Invaluable. Among the many expected highlights will be a set of four ca. 1810 Beidermeier Mothback chairs. Furniture is a strong category, as is Asian arts, fine art, antique lighting, pocket watches, Waterford crystal, antique music boxes, and military items. The following are just a few noteworthy pieces to be sold. A Dudley Masonic Model 1 ca. 1920-25, Serial #772 pocket watch is getting a lot of attention, as is a Waltham Masonic Eastern Star dial, Model 1883, Serial #3979610. A Camille Pissarro (1830-1903) pencil-on-paper work titled Road Into Town will be sold, as will a Paul Cezzanne (1839-1906) watercolor and mixed media Still Life of Flowers in a Vase with Oliver and Philips Gallery tag and Christies New York sticker. A Tiffany Studios counter balance floor lamp with unusual original cut out slag glass shade is a high ranking lot in the lighting category. Antique arcade and amusement games include a Chicago Coins shootout pinball machine, Williams Dealers Choice pinball machine, and 1960s Scopitone video machine.
