The Pewter Collectors Club of America (PCCA) has announced their 2023 Fall Regional Meeting. The meeting will take place on Saturday, Nov. 11. It will include a tour of the Noah Webster House/Museum in West Hartford, Conn., and a discussion titled 18th Century American Tea Service.
