The summer travel season has arrived, and its time to hit the road, just as Americans have been doing for much of the countrys history. The special sales display for June at the Haddon Heights Antiques Center will take customers back to the time when paper maps, not GPS, guided travelers in the right direction; when colorful brochures, not internet websites, enticed travelers to visit tourist attractions; and when friends and family back home expected to receive a postcard in the mail, not a photo via text. The display will focus on U.S. travel and destinations and will include souvenir plates, souvenir pennants, and souvenirs in general, as well as maps, brochures, and postcards.
