Vintage Halloween Is The Focus Of Special Sale During Month Of October

October 11, 2024

The popularity of collecting and decorating with vintage Halloween items has soared in recent years, so it has become a tradition for the Haddon Heights Antiques Center to devote its October special display to this spooky holiday. Shoppers never know what they might find among the objects in this themed display, all of which are for sale. Jack-o-lanterns of all shapes and sizes from 1940s pulp cardboard to 1950s and 60s hard plastic as well as vintage ceramic examples will be on sale. Ghosts and witches, vampires and skeletons, scarecrows and black cats will mix and mingle in forms of ephemera such as cardboard cut-outs, vintage books, greeting cards, treat bags and more. Dealers at Haddon Heights are constantly on the lookout for vintage Halloween and will continue to stock their booths and spaces with as many cute or scary examples as they can find. Fall is a wonderful time to go on an antique-hunting expedition, so set your GPS for 531 Clements Bridge Road in Barrington, N.J., and discover why, for over 30 years, so many customers have rated the Haddon Heights Antiques Center as a favorite stop. This multi-dealer shop is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours on Fridays. Call 856-546-0555 for directions or other information.
